Due to the racer turnout in Amarillo, we encourage everyone to pre-register online which will save you $5. If you cannot register on-line, please consider coming to the Friday Night registration from 5-7 p.m. at the National Center. We will also be selling pit passes on Friday night. This will save you time & money on Saturday and help us keep this event efficient, running smoothly, and exciting for the spectators. Also we will be giving away some fantastic prizes, free entry fee's, free pit passes, free tshirts..We will hold a drawing for all the pre-registered racers and award the prizes on Saturday (If you win, we will obviously refund your money for whatever prize you won)........

Another change that needs to implemented in Amarillo (only) is the selling of our pit passes. Pit passes are intended for racers and their "crew". Crew can mean mechanic, family members or other types of support. However in Amarillo, many general spectators have learned about pit passes which sell for less than a general admission ticket and have begun to overwhelm our pit pass sales. For this reason, our pit pass price on the day of the race will increase to $20 (at NOON) to discourage these general spectator purchases. However, we will still offer a $15 pit pass to the racers and their crew, but they will have to be purchased by NOON on Saturday . We will  also sell them on the Friday evening before the race. We are sorry for any inconveneince this may cause you but hope you'll understand our reasons for these changes.

Cycle City has NOT increased our pricing for many years. However due to the increased cost of doing business, and the increase in racer interest, we will be adjusting some pricing for "at the door" purchases. However, we will still offer the same pricing we have offered for years, for advance purchase. For example, our Amateur entry fee is still $25, but that fee has to be paid in advance with on-line registration or at the Friday night pre-registration. This type of pre-purchase discount is standard in many types of entertainment due to the fact that it allows a company to better prepare for turnout, staffing, etc. Again, we hope you will be patient during some of these adjustments and understand why we feel the need to implement them.
