Oct. 3rd, 2009     .projected launch date for our new website.........June 28th     On-Line Registration is CHANGING....          MINORS DOCUMENTATION NEEDED Unfortunately we have had to turn away some minors at a couple of our events recently due to the lack of proper documentation.  We have very specific rules regarding minors racing and they need to be respected and followed.  Please scroll to the bottom of this page to read and familiarize yourself with our policies. We will begin asking for a drivers license from the parent to verify guardianship. We will also ask for a drivers license from racers who are signing for themselves but appear to be under 30 years of age. We are sorry for any inconveneince and hope that you understand and appreciate our attention to this matter.      This web-site if full of information. It is in your best interest to make use of this information before you attend one of our events. There is a "rules" link which outlines a lot of our policies. There is a "classes available" link which should help you decide which class is appropriate for your particular skill level. There is also now an "arenacross schedule" link which details an entire day at one of our events. This information is for your benefit.  Use it.

MINOR's RACING WITHOUT LEGAL GUARDIAN PRESENT..... The following documentation is REQUIRED for all racers under the age of 18 who attend the event WITHOUT a parent (or if the parent has a different last name as the child they are registering)   If your minor child will be racing at one of our events and you WON'T be present, you MUST send the following documentation along with the adult (anyone over 18) who will be accompanying them.  (or if your last name is different than the minor you are registereing)  (1) A minor release form, completed and notarized.  You can download this from our web-site or call       and we'll fax one to you.  (2) A completed entry form, available on our website (3) a letter prepared by the parent (legal guardian), see a sample under sample letter link,  and signed by the parent  This letter needs to state who the parent is naming as legal guardian for the day/weekend.  This named legal guardian must be present with the minor at all times during the race day. (4) a photocopy of the parent's drivers license and insurance card.  These rules will be strictly adhered to.  You need all of this documentation if A) you send your child to the races without you and /or B)  If your child does not have the same last name as the adult signing them in, we must enforce these rules.  If you have custody of a child with a different last name than yours, you will need some type of documentation stating that you are their legal guardian. If you have questions, or difficulty finding the proper documentation, please give our office a call at (918) 519-6686.  We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.  It is in everyone's best interest to have policies in place that protect minor children and everyone involved.  We appreciate your attention to this matter.          Entry Fee's will continue to be only $25 per class when you sign up on-line or at the Friday night Pre-registration, if available.
