***SERIES FINALE****
LET'S GET THIS PARTY STARTED......COULD THERE BE A MORE BEAUTIFUL SETTING FOR AN OUTDOOR ARENACROSS EVENT?
We don't think so. Red Rock State Park in Gallup New Mexico has to be one of the most awesome places to race. With a festival type atmosphere (jupiter jump and huge slide for the kids, as well as dippin' dots and snow cones) and the abundance of family fun where racer camaraderie is so prevalent, this event has become a family vacation for many race families. Plan part of your summer fun now by including this race in your schedule. It's two days of family, racing, relaxing, more racing and lots more family time....See you there! For all the specific information please click on the calender link and then click on July 26th and July 27th. You will be directed to all the specific racer information (i.e. times, fee's, lodging, directions, etc). Or call our hotline at (918) 629-9930.
IT'S THE "FAIREST" RACE OF THEM ALL.......
The Curry County Fair Arenacross is just one part of The Curry County Fair, but we like to think it's one of the most exciting parts. Bring your boots, but also bring your stomach of steel as you go from the race track to the roller coaster after scarfing down a plate full of funnel cake and a foot long chili dog. Is there a better way to finish off the summer? Probably only the Portales Arenacross! For more info, click on the calendar link and then click on August 16th.
WHAT RHYMES WITH PORTALES?
Well, actually nothing! So no catchy phrase here, just the facts...Portales is a short drive from Clovis and a great area to cap off the hot summer months. Grab the family and head to yet another fair and Arenacross event all in one location. No need for long far away trips, when you can stay right in New Mexico and Texas for some great family action. Fairs, Mountains, State parks, Baseball stadiums, it's all available in the Tex-New Mex Summer Series. And Portales is no exception. With their county fair going on at the same time as the Arenacross, you can mosey on over to the fair for some frosty fruit smoothies or some simply sweet funnel cake while your're waiting for your next round of adreanaline pumping arenacross action. Get all the details on the calendar link under the date of the event. Please make note that we do NOT offer a $3000.00 pro purse for this event. We will however offer a 100% pro payback. Also there is a change in the schedule from last year. We will open gates @ 9 a.m. for Portales this year. Due to the increase in racer turnout from previous years, it is no longer possible to have a later start time. So....Portales is now on the same schedule as all of our Saturday events. Saturday, August 23rd, The Portales Areancross...check the calendar link for more info.
ALBUQUERQUE
. We are looking forward to making Albuquerque part of our Tex-New Mex Series in the future and hope to have Hollywood Hills come on board as a part of our summer tour. While we will
not be having an arenacross event there this year, we are working on adding this wonderful city
to our 2009 tour and will keep you posted via this website.
