NO MORE PAPERWORK IF YOU PRE-REGISTER

If you register online, you must still go to the registration office when you arrive on Saturday, not for donuts, but to turn in your receipt (which is now your entry form as well). Once you complete your online payment You will receive an email confirmation (receipt) please print it and bring it with you as this is now your entry form (and minor release form if under 18 years old) Online registration closes at 8 p.m. on the Wednesday night night immediately prior to the race you are attending.
Please read the pre-registration instructions when you get to the sign up link.  You can only enter and pay for ONE racer and ONE event at a time (if your racer is entering 2 or more classes you can complete one entry form and one payment for him).  Please exit the system once you have paid for one racer (do not back arrow) and begin the process again for each racer you are registering.  Unfortunately If you pay for mulitiple racers with one payment, your racers won't  be pre-regsitered and they will be expected to complete the entire registration process once they arrive at the event (including paying the "At the door" pricing).

BASIC INFO YOU SHOULD KNOW:

Please pick up your trophy 15 minutes after the completion of your main race. You can pick up your trophy at the Registration office at most venues.  We are usually starving by the time you come to get your trophy, so food is appreciated.

Please pick up a RACER SCHEDULE from the Registration office. It is full of very useful information. It will give you the time everything starts and the order of the heats and mains. We run a tight schedule and it would be super cool if our super cool racers would know what the schedule is as the day progresses.  It is possible that we will alter the Main race order schedule slightly. Please stop by the registration office around 6 p.m. to see if we've changed the main race order at all.

All classes need to be staged 3 races in advance.  If all racers follow this rule, no one will miss their race.  Even if we adjust the main order slightly (for example to combine small classes) if you are staged early, there shouldn't be any problemos...

One thing that is very important to check, is the heat racer order.  It is posted at noon at the registration office (unless we are watching a football game in the office and we forget to post it ) and it list's all the racers in their appropriate class(es).  Obviously mistakes can be made (especially in our office, have you met our office staff?)  and you should check this order to make sure you are listed in the correct class with the correct bike #.  Errors need to be reported to the office immediately ('cause like we said before, the girls in the office are kinda slow).  If you don't follow this procedure and you show up at the gate for heats and you aren't listed in your class, then the stager may start crying and it will cause delays for everyone.  This is important to do again after you complete your heat race. Go back to the registration office and check the results.  You may think you got 3rd, but we may have you listed as last place (now that would be a bummer). If errors aren't reported in a timely manner (immediately after your heat) then you may show up at your main and not allowed to compete (although bribes are accepted). It is difficult to research and correct a problem once the mains have begun (because by then we are starting to pack up to head out for IHOP) .  Please follow our simple procedure and the day will run smoothly and be fun for everyone.

Gates and registration open on Saturday at 9:00 a.m. Lines are inevitable however if you dowload (from this website) an entry form (and minor release form for racers under 18) and have it completed before you get to registration (only if you are NOT pre-registered, if you are pre-registered just bring your email receipt), lines should move much quicker.  Have forms, and payment completed and ready by the time you approach the registration table. You should also become familiar with our classes and determine which one best fits your skill level before you arrive at the event.  If you are uncertain, please cal lus prior to the event so we can help you determine your class. You may also want to read "What to expect at an Arenacross Event" found under "The Latest Dirt" section of our website.  It gives you all the basic info you will need to progress thru the day.
