SCHEDULE:
Gates for Registration open @ 9:00 a.m.
Practice begins @ approx. 10:30 a.m.
Amateur Heats begin at approx 1:30 p.m.
LCQ'S (last chance qualifier) immediately after heats
Pro's Practice & Pit Bike practice at approx. 5:00 p.m.
Main Event at 7:00 p.m.
REGISTRATION:
On-line registration will be open until 8 p.m.(cst) the WEDNESDAY before the event. You will save $10 per class by registering online. Do NOT register on-line after 8p.m. Wednesday or you will not be considered registered and your money will be credited for a future race.
Please enter only 1 racer and for 1 event at a time (Saturday should be entered and paid for separate from Sunday) Each racer who is pre-registered should show up the registration office with a separate email confirmation (which is your receipt) for each day. Each racer should have his own receipt also.
At 10 p.m. we will close and lock the gates and have a security guard posted there until Saturday morning. We will open the gates at approx. 8 a.m. on Saturday morning.
Please make arrangements to park your Motor home or car at another location if you cannot make it to the park by 10 p.m. Friday night. We will NOT make exceptions to this rule. There is an RV park almost within walking distance to the race track. Please check it out before traveling.
Parking and/or camping fees may apply. It is at the Park’s discretion. Please feel free to call the Red

Registration will also be held on Saturday morning beginning at 9 a.m. (full prices apply)

Amateur's “at the door” entry fee $35 each class (+ $15 one day pit pass)
Pit Passes: $15 per day or $25 for a weekend pass (for everyone, including racers)

On-line Registration is the ONLY way to save $10 per class. There is no discount for registrations done at the event facility.
When registering online please only register and pay for one racer at a time (and for each race day separately). Each racer needs his own receipt (email confirmation) and needs one for each race day (Saturday should be registered and paid for separate from Sunday)
**We will close the gates to the park on Saturday night at approximately 10 p.m. or once the spectators have cleared the park. We will re-open the gates at approximately 8 a.m. on Sunday morning. If you cannot make it to the park by 10 p.m. on Saturday evening, please make other arrangements for lodging. There will be no exceptions to this rule. If you are staying at the park for the entire weekend and decide to leave on Saturday evening for a quick gas run or to pick up other essentials, please make every effort to return by 10 p.m. Or you may be locked out. Please help us in our efforts to keep this event running efficiently and smoothly by respecting and following the rules.
