NO MORE PAPERWORK IF YOU PRE-REGISTER
If you register online, you must still go to the registration office when you arrive on Saturday to turn in your receipt (which is now your entry form as well). Once you complete your online payment You will receive an email confirmation (receipt) please print it and bring it with you as this is now your entry form (and minor release form if under 18 years old) Online registration closes at 8 p.m. on the Wednesday night night immediately prior to the race you are attending.
Please read the pre-registration instructions when you get to the sign up link. You can only enter and pay for ONE racer and ONE event at a time (if your racer is entering 2 or more classes you can complete one entry form and one payment for him). Please exit the system once you have paid for one racer (do not back arrow) and begin the process again for each racer you are registering. If you pay for mulitiple racers with one payment, your racers will NOT be pre-regsitered and they will be expected to complete the entire registration process once they arrive at the event (including paying the "At the door" pricing).
BASIC INFO YOU SHOULD KNOW:
Please pick up your trophy 15 minutes after the completion of your main race. You can pick up your trophy at the Registration office at most venues.
Please make sure you get a Racer Schedule at the Registration office. It is full of very useful information. It will give you the exact time everything starts and the order of the heats and mains. We run a tight schedule and it is imperative that our racers stay informed of the schedule as the day progresses. It is possible that we will alter the Main race order schedule slightly. It is your responsibility to check with the Registration office for schedule changes. All classes need to be staged 3 races in advance. If all racers follow this rule, no one will miss their race. Even if we adjust the main order slightly (for example to combine small classes) if you are staged like you are suppposed to be, there won't be any issues. We will not refund money for any racer missing their heat or main.
One thing that is very important to check, is the heat racer order. It is posted at noon at the registration office and it list's all the racers in their appropriate class(es). Obviously mistakes can be made and it is imperative that you check this order to make sure you are listed in the correct class with the correct bike #. Errors need to be reported to the office immediately. If you don't follow this procedure and you show up at the gate for heats and you aren't listed in your class, it will cause delays for everyone. This is important to do again after you complete your heat race. Go back to the registration office and check the results. You may think you got 3rd, but we may have you listed as last place. If errors aren't reported in a timely manner (immediately after your heat) then you may show up at your main and not allowed to compete. It is difficult to research and correct a problem once the mains have begun. Please follow our simple procedure and the day will run smoothly and be fun for everyone.
Gates and registration open on Saturday at 9 a.m. Lines are inevitable. However, if you will dowload (from this website) an entry form (and minor release form for racers under 18) and have it completed before you get to registration (only if you are NOT pre-registered), lines should move much quicker. Have forms, and payment completed and ready by the time you approach the registration table. You should also become familiar with our classes and determine which one best fits your skill level before you arrive at the event. If you are uncertain, please call us prior to the event so we can help you determine your class. You should also check in the"lastest dirt" section of this website. There is a page called "what to expect at an Arenacross event" and it gives you the basic run-down of one of our events. If you read this before you attend, you should be very familiar with our format and therefore , very prepared.
