LET'S GET THIS PARTY STARTED......ALBUQUERQUE HERE WE COME!

Get your boots on and your helmet ready and set your navigation system to Hollywood Hills Casino and Raceway in Albuquerque New Mexico for our first race of the 2008 summer season.  This is NOT a series race but it will be the season opener and should prove to be a super exciting and thrilling way to spend your family weekend time.  For specific racer information please go to the calender link and click on July 12th and you will be directed to all the pertinent information (i.e. times, fee's, location, lodging etc).  Or as always, if you need additional info, just send us an email (by using the Contact us link) or call our hotline at (918) 629-9930 and we'll be glad to help you. 

COULD THERE BE A MORE BEAUTIFUL SETTING FOR AN OUTDOOR ARENACROSS EVENT?

We don't think so.  Red Rock State Park in Gallup New Mexico has to be one of the most awesome places to race. With a festival type atmosphere (jupiter jump and huge slide for the kids, as well as dippin' dots and snow cones) and the abundance of family fun where racer camaraderie is so prevalent, this event has become a family vacation for many race families. Plan part of your summer fun now by including this race in your schedule.  It's two days of  family, racing, relaxing, more racing and lots more family time....See you there! This web-site if full of information. It is in your best interest to make use of this information before you attend one of our events. There is a "rules" link which outlines a lot of our policies. There is a "classes available" link which should help you decide which class is appropriate for your particular skill level. There is also now an "arenacross schedule" link which details an entire day at one of our events. This information is for your benefit.

MINOR's RACING WITHOUT LEGAL GUARDIAN PRESENT.....
The following documentation is REQUIRED for all racers under the age of 18 who attend the event WITHOUT a parent;If your minor child will be racing at one of our events and you WON'T be present, you MUST send the following documentation along with the adult (anyone over 18) who will be accompanying them. 

 (1) A minor release form, completed and notarized.  You can download this from our web-site or call us and we'll fax one to you. 

(2) A completed entry form, available on our website

(3) a letter prepared by the parent (legal guardian), see a sample under sample letter link,  and signed by the parent

(4) a photocopy of the parent's drivers license and insurance card.

 These rules will be strictly adhered to.  If your child does not have the same last name as the adult signing them in, we must enforce these rules.  If you have custody of a child with a different last name than yours, you will need some type of documentation stating that you are their legal guardian. If you have questions, or difficulty finding the proper documentation, please give our office a call at (918) 519-6686.

 We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.  It is in everyone's best interest to have policies in place that protect minor children and everyone involved.  We appreciate your attention to this matter.
  
 
 
Entry Fee's will continue to be only $25 per class when you sign up on-line or at the Friday night Pre-registration, if available. Only some events will have a Friday night pre-registration, please check the Calendar link for the specific event your racing for information regarding Friday night Pre-registration.  Lafayette & Monroe will NOT have a Friday night pre-registration.
